Welcome to Dalhousie Castle Hotel & Spa, a magnificent 13th century fortress set within acres of wooded parkland, on the picturesque banks of the River Esk.  On entering their sweeping driveway, you’ll be greeted with a charming view of the west side of the castle and as you edge closer, you’ll notice their charming falconry school, also situated within the wooded grounds.  The Castle itself has 29 luxury and characterful bedrooms.  Their award winning two ‘AA Rosette’ fine dining ‘Dungeon Restaurant,’ is situated in the enchanting barrel-vaulted dungeon creating an intimate and cosy candle-lit dining experience.
