Experience the thrill of Segway Trekking at activity centres across Scotland. Segways are electric-powered personal transporters that look like space-age gadgets, an amazing experience and the latest craze from America.

All the clever techy stuff is hidden inside the wheels and housing, but you will be amazed at how they travel.  It’s all about balance, using your body’s positioning to drive the segway, forward and back whilst you lean into the corners left and right. It quickly becomes intuitive and you’ll be ‘gliding’ in no time!

After you have received personal tuition from your instructor, you and other riders will head out on your Segway rally. As your travel along paths and over-land you’re confidence will grow and your control will become more precise. If your skill level allows, your instructor will set your segway from beginner to standard for a faster ride.

You can enjoy a Segway from aged 12 (depending on height and weight) and courses on offer are suitable for beginners and more experienced riders.
