Upon arrival, the academy’s award winning chefs will demonstrate how to prepare your ingredients, make the perfect dough, what the best combinations of toppings are and how to cook a faultless crust and base. You will also be shown what the most suitable accompaniments would be, whether it is a delicious seasonal salad or a tasty foccacia!

Then it is your turn. The chef will be on hand to provide his expert tuition as you create and cook your very own pizza. Once out the oven, you will be able to relax and enjoy your meal in the Italian style by sitting around the chefs table. Indulge with a tasty lager or cider to compliment your meal.
