Welcome aboard this amazing light aircraft trial flying lesson experience from Glasgow International Airport.

This experience allows you to experience the thrill of flying and actually pilot a light aircraft. After an initial safety briefing, your instructor will taxi the aeroplane and perform the take off, he will then demonstrate some of the basic manoeuvres and allow you to do as much or as little of the flying as you wish! All our aeroplanes are fitted with dual flying controls. This is a fantastic experience and certainly something you will remember.

Depending on air traffic control restrictions, you may fly around the Glasgow City perimeter or alternatively, head west towards Greenock before heading north to Loch Lomond. The aircraft’s panoramic windows allow you to view right around the world beneath you.

In the four seater airplane there is the opportunity for an observer to fly in the rear seat whilst you pilot the plane in the front. What better way to experience flying!

Flight time is approximately brakes off to brakes on with 20 minutes preparation

This experience can be done in most weather conditions.

Restrictions:

Minimum age 12 and a maximum combined weight of 25 stone

Spectators:

One observer may sit in the rear of the plane during the flight and additional spectators can observe from the airport building
