Stand Up Paddling (or SUP as it is also known) is one of the fastest growing water sports worldwide and is the perfect gift experience for water sport enthusiasts who are keen to try something new. It is easier to master than surfing, which makes it popular with young and old alike! So, grab your towel and sense of adventure for a truly unforgettable experience paddling on Loch Leven in the Scottish Highlands!

Upon arrival at the activity centre, you will be greeted by your guide for your experience who will ensure that you are both kitted out with everything you need from wetsuit to paddle! With your boards and paddles, you will float on to a sheltered bay area. You will start initially on your knees before building your confidence (and balance!) up to a standing position. Your guide will give you the tuition needed to carry out the basic manoeuvres such as going forward, backwards and sideways.

Then, depending upon your ability, you will paddle out into open water to put your new skills to the test. What better way to appreciate the beauty and calm of your surroundings than from an SUP, paddling serenely across the loch?

This fun introductory lesson will show you the basics of one of the most exhilarating new water sports! Undoubtedly an experience you will never forget that will leave you wanting to go back for more.
