You will be greeted, by friendly staff, at this Glasgow venue and be shown to the pizza-making balcony, where you will be warmly welcomed by the Head Chef.  After an introduction to pizza making, you will get your hands dirty and be guided through the rolling techniques, creating your own pizza.  You will discover new techniques and information about Italian food and how best to create an authentic pizza, with a fantastic selection of locally sourced and seasonal toppings.

After all the hard work, it is time to enjoy your stone baked Italian pizza with a salad and garlic bread…overlooking the bustling Merchant Square from the balcony.
