Prepare your bow and arrow, pull back and shoot! See if you can hit the gold! Archery is an ancient and elegant sport that is a ‘must do’ activity for everybody.

You’ll require both skill and a steady hand to hit the gold in this fun field sport. At the start of the session, your instructor will provide all the necessary safety and basic training required for this challenging skill. It is then time to put your training to practice and see how near to the target you can get.

It’s a rewarding experience silently knocking the arrow, drawing back the bow and witnessing the flight and precision of a truly ancient weapon. Your hand-to-eye coordination will be put to the test as you load, aim and fire your arrows. As you practice and develop your skills you’ll be impressed by the immense satisfaction of hitting the gold. But are you the next Scottish Robin Hood?! Only time will tell.

Your tutor will make sure that you get the best from your equipment and enjoy the session. Understandably, safety is of the up most importance on this experience.
