Need to Know

• The price guarantee is valid for 24 hours from the time of booking. Your complaint must be submitted within this time frame. For multiple room reservations, the price guarantee will be for the entire package price and not for individual rooms
• The price guarantee is for Hotel prices only. The lower price you found must be available on another public website, and must be for the same hotel, meal plan, cancellation policy, dates and room type
• If you have made a booking which cannot be cancelled – so it is either non-refundable or if you are already within the cancellation window for the hotel – then you can’t claim under the guarantee. Bookings that were part of a specific promotion (e.g. 3 nights for the price of 2) are also excluded from claiming under the guarantee
• It must be same cancellation policy or better on the offer you compare prices with. Our cancellation policy is normally 48 hours prior to arrival without any cost at all unless something different is stated on the booking terms for your reservation. Any claims made with the lowest price guarantee when discount codes or gift cards have been applied must and will be compared to the final price after the discount has been deducted.
• Once we have confirmed that you are due a refund under the guarantee we will issue the refund to the card you paid with at the time of booking. We will process your refund immediately but it may take your bank up to 30 days to process it and for it to show on your statement
