We will be extending the booking period for all validated vouchers. It is essential you redeem your voucher BEFORE the printed expiry date, otherwise the voucher drops off of our system.

Please ensure you 'Redeem a Voucher' using the link on the front page of our website to validate. This MUST be done before the voucher expires, otherwise the voucher drops off of our system. The expiry date will only then be extended by the period of lock-down free of change. Additional extensions are available on request.

Expired vouchers which have not been redeemed are automatically removed from our system. The process to reinstate an expired is available up to 3 calendar months after expiry. As this is a manual process requiring verification there is a charge. Please use the following link -
