Enjoy this hands-on cooking experience with Ian McAndrew who was formally the youngest Englishman to recieve a Michelin Star and his small team, at Blackaddie Country House Hotel.  This is a fun full-day experience; where you’ll help to create and produce the dinner menu, learn how to cook such divine food and learn useful tips on service and how a top-end restaurant operates.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed into the kitchen to meet the team and change into your whites.  You’ll then sit down and help plan the evening menu and for the next 3 hours, you will learn how a top class chef works and discover some of his secrets!  Get involved with the preparation for the evening’s fine dining menu; while drawing on a Michelin Star Chef’s knowledge…ask him anything, he won’t bite!

Now it’s your turn to try the lunch you have prepared, under the supervision of Chef McAndrew.  After this, you can relax for the afternoon, have a stroll around the 2 acres of garden or unwind in the lounge area.

You’ll then rejoin the team in the kitchen to see what goes into the final preparation for dinner service for a top class restaurant.

It’s a cooking experience not for the faint hearted, for this reason they only take one or two people at a time.  The perfect experience for people passionate about cooking, it is a fun and intense day!
