Do you love spending your weekends getting up and out early? Do you love to brunch? If so, then this boozy brunch cookery class is perfect for you!

Upon arrival, you will be introduced to the rest of your ‘classmates’ over a cup of tea or coffee and then be invited to enjoy a demonstration from the Academy Chefs, who will show you how to make the perfect brunch.

Then, under the expert tuition of the Chefs, you will create Eggs Benedict from scratch; make and then toast your own muffins, whip up some delicious hollandaise sauce and learn the secret to creating the perfect poached egg. To make it your very own perfect brunch, customise your dish with a selection of toppings and meats. You’ll also make your own twist on the classic brunch cocktail, ‘The Bloody Mary’. How spicy can you handle it?!

After all your hard work, you can sit down with your culinary creation and enjoy with a Prosecco cocktail or mocktail of your choice!

This is a fun and informal class where you will be able to pick up some amazing hints and tips to help you spoil your family and friends with the best Brunch around.
