If you love cocktails and appreciate good food, then this is the perfect experience for you! With a friend, create and consume iconic cocktails in an interactive cocktail masterclass; a great introduction to the world of mixology. After which, you’ll sit down to enjoy a scrumptious 3 course meal – the perfect night out!

You’ll kick start your experience with a cocktail demonstration from a top resident mixologist. You’ll be shown how to create iconic cocktails, using different equipment and techniques as well as learning what alcohols and mixers work together to create some of the best classics. It’s then your turn to hit the other side of the bar and get mixing or just sit back, watch and enjoy your favourite cocktails!

After making three cocktails, you’ll be shown to your table for dinner where you’ll both enjoy a 3 course meal. The chefs at Bruach specialise in traditional Scottish cooking by using local and seasonal produce, consequently the menu varies regularly so it’s in keeping with the seasons.
